Borrowing from the AIM Graduate School Library

Borrowing privileges from AIM's Library is a benefit of Membership of the Institute and studying with the AIM Graduate School.

If you are a current Student or Personal or Corporate Member of the Queensland & Northern Territory division of AIM, you may borrow up to 10 items at any one time.

If your membership has lapsed or if you wish to become a member you can do so online or call (07) 3227 4888. Once you have completed membership and payment details our Library staff will process your request.

Students, Personal and Corporate Members - Metropolitan Brisbane

You may borrow up to 10 items for 4 weeks. These items can include books, CDs, audiocassettes, videos and DVDs. A Library Returns box is available at the main entrance to the Management House for Members to return items after hours, or you can post your items to:

Students, Personal and Corporate members - Regional Qld & NT (not based in Brisbane)

You may borrow up to 10 items for 5 weeks (including mailing times to and from Management House). These items can include books, CDs, audiocassettes, videos and DVDs. There is no charge for postage to your nominated address but this service does not include return postage. Please post your return items to:

Additional guidelines

  • Due to high demand, there will be no extension on DVDs, videos, CDs or audiocassettes.
  • Loan extensions on books are available for one borrowing period only, unless there is a prior reservation on the item.
  • Overdue items will attract a $1.10 (GST incl) per item, per day fine. A written overdue fine notice will be issued to you notifying that fines are being accrued.
  • Postage of items from AIM within Queensland and the Northern Territory is free to Professional Members and Corporate Partners (excludes return postage). A postage/courier service is available outside of Qld & NT but will be at the individual's cost.
