- Crew Leader Program: This developmental program to build the management and leadership skills necessary for the Crew Leader role. Designed around core elements of leadership and management, this eight-day program incorporates opportunities to implement skills in the workplace and seek guidance and feedback from peers.
- Trade Professional Program: This program is designed to assist soon to be or recently qualified apprentices assimilate into their new work teams and work environment. It is focused on combining interactive learning, case studies and workplace-based projects, which contributes to an involved and motivating learning environment, resulting in high levels of completion.

- TFC Career Development: The TFC Career Development initiative was launched to provide Tyco Flow Control employees with access to a broad range of professional development training opportunities nationally.
AIM has been an integral partner in the development of a core curriculum for Tyco Flow Control staff across Australia. Internal courses are run for Tyco Flow Control by AIM when required and have been specifically tailored to address the core competencies required by Tyco Flow Control in their workplace.
- Management Development Program: This program has been designed by AIM to give new and aspiring managers the opportunity to learn and practice new skills to assist them in meeting the demands of a changing workplace. Through this program participants will be exposed to best business practice and is an important element in Tyco Flow Controls capability planning for the future.
Sunwater
SunWater is a leading provider of water infrastructure and supply solutions throughout Queensland and internationally.
SunWater provides direct water supply services to a large number of customers including irrigators, mines, power generators and local governments. SunWater is the builder, owner and operator of 26 major dams and employs 570 staff.

- SunWater Frontline Leader Program: Since 2007 employees from various regional centres and work teams have participated in the SunWater Frontline Leader Program. All participants receive the support of their managers and a program sponsor from the SunWater Executive Management Team.
The program was designed by AIM to build the professional management and leadership capability of new and emerging leaders in SunWater and focuses on key aspects of people and organisational performance.
