AIM ScholarshipsAs Australia's largest professional body for managers, the Australian Institute of Management's purpose is to promote the advancement of education and learning in the field of management. 100 scholarships are being offered in 2014. AIM has focused its vision on developing better managers and better leaders for a better society. That vision is the reason behind our 2014 scholarship program. Here's what Nick Ehrlich, 2012 scholarship winner thinks: "I wanted to take an opportunity to write and sincerely thank AIM for the recent Professional Development Scholarship throughout 2013. The short courses have provided me with additional valuable knowledge and skills I have immediately transferred to my current role. I've already made subtle changes to my meetings, my written and verbal communication, time management and so on. I've shared my key learning's throughout the four short courses with my direct reports and that has created some good discussion and change for us as a management team moving forward. All of the program facilitators were of very high calibre being effective communicators and ensuring we 'personally' got the most out of each course. They could relate to workplace issues having experience in the real world too. The facilities and meals at AIM's Spring Hill complex are just fantastic." Scholarships will be awarded to AIM professional members and non members to attend a range of programs* to enhance their management edge:
